Updating Progress in MSP

This brief is not just for planners, but for the wider users of Microsoft Project as a scheduling tool. Many project managers/Site Manager/Agents/Engineers don’t have access to P6, and so MSP is usually the software available. My recommendation has always been to use actuals when updating the schedule.
